Peat in the Creel drew from Irish traditional music roots nourished by the heritage of Scotland and broader world influences,energetic dance tunes, spirited folk songs, and peaceful melodies. Est. in 2011, the band was cut from the turf of West Michigan. Alison Sanchez - flute, whistle, vocals; Aidan Carry -fiddle, bodhrán; Toby Bresnahan - bouzouki, guitar, and vocals; and Jim Spalink - harp.
